Refund policy

We have a 14-day return/refund/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to inspect all items and request a return/refund/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at faithdesignstx@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please use one of the following options when contacting us:

Return/Refund/Exchange Options are as follows:

1) Damaged/Defective Item - Item has visible damage, sizing is labeled correctly, but does not match what is listed on product page. Once returned "Damaged/Defective Item" is approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.

2) Incorrect Item - Item received is noticeably different than listed on product page in design and/or size labeled on item. Once returned "Incorrect Item" is approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

3) Incorrect Size Ordered - Item received matches size ordered and product measurements, but "I need a different size". Unfortunately, products listed as "Custom Printed" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Any other apparel requiring exchange of size will require return postage and re-shipment postage from the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom printed apparel, clearance items or gift cards. Please refer to apparel sizing charts listed on the product pages to ensure proper fitment of apparel. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, we will promptly ship your replacement item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
